Creating your Perfect Smile

Let us help you achieve straighter teeth & an improved smiles with
metal braces or clear aligners.

Orthodontics is a specialised branch of dentistry which focuses on diagnosing, preventing, and treating dental irregularities. With Orthodontics we are primarily concerned with aligning your teeth, improving bite patterns, and ensuring the optimal positioning of your jaws. We use various orthodontic treatments, from traditional metal braces to modern clear aligners, to create healthier, more functional and better smiles.

Orthodontic treatments however, are not just about enhancing your appearance – they play a crucial role in improving overall oral health. Misaligned teeth and improper bites can lead to a range of issues – everything from difficulty in chewing and speech problems, to an increased risk of tooth decay and gum disease. By addressing these concerns, we can significantly impact your quality of life, whilst also boosting self-confidence. This contributes to better long-term dental health.

Dr Michelle Chong: Orthodontist

Michelle has a passion for making straighter teeth and helping to improve smiles with either traditional fixed metal braces or clear aligners.

The process of teeth straightening and which optimal treatment can be determined once you have an initial consultation with Michelle.

If your child is suffering from dental crowding or dental crossbite (upper teeth fitting inside lower teeth), Michelle can also provide early interceptive treatment such as expander plates to either help make more space in the jaws for the adult teeth to fit in, to correct the position of the upper teeth, and to better position the adult teeth so that braces treatment is an easier process once all the adult teeth are present.

Whether it’s your first time to the dentist or whether you are a seasoned dental goer, Michelle always tries to take a gentle approach to treat her patients, taking the time to listen and explain any treatment that is needed.
